Park Office
We welcome all ages and if you'd
like to bring your pets, we invite you to do so. Our quiet family
atmosphere is just what you may need to enjoy your vacation and
family time. We look forward to being of service to you and your

Pool
Take a dip in our cool, refreshing, newly redecked pool on
those hot days. Also take a bicycle ride and enjoy our paved streets, quite an improvement
from the days gone by of dirt roads. |

Sites
Every site is full hookup (water,
electric and sewer) with 20-30-50 amps, along with cable TV and wi-fi. Each site has a concrete
pad, concrete patio area and picnic table. Our sites are angled for
easy pull through or back in. Our roads are paved and there is lots
of open space for satellite dishes.

Private Beach
We have 300 ft of white sandy beach
on the Santa Rosa Sound,
with tiki umbrellas, beach chairs and a tiki deck overlooking the water.
It's a great beach for kiddies playing in the sand. Adults can
soak up the sun, or try fishing in the surf. |

Tiki Deck
Enjoy spectacular views of the
Intracoastal waterway from sunrise to sunset or anytime in between from
our Tiki Deck.

Beach Decks
We now have private decks directly behind beach sites numbers 66, 67, 68, 69 and 70. Also, corner premium beach site #71 has a beautiful private corner deck. Sit out back and enjoy the breezes, the beach life, and the beautiful sunsets...relaxation at its best!

Cabin
We have a
lovely one bedroom cabin with an upstairs loft. Sleeps 6-8. Queen size bed, queen size sofa-bed and two full size futons in the loft. You will need to bring
your own linens, pots and pans, and eating utensils. Comes equipped with
refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, cable tv, and AC/heat. For

Pavilion Deck
Our pavilion is used mainly in the winter season
where we have an
abundance of activities for our winter season guests. If you have an rv club that would like to meet here, this pavilion is just what you need.

Inside Pavilion
RV Clubs and groups are invited to stay with us at a
discounted rate. The pavilion can be reserved by your group free of
charge, providing there are no pre-scheduled activities that would
conflict. Kitchen facilities are also available for club use. For more

Laundry Room
Our laundry facilities are available 24/7. Change for the machines is located in the office. |

Rig Washing
You may wash your rig and your
vehicle at your site using our well water faucets. If your hose
won't reach, we have a long hose you may borrow. |

Bathouses
We have sparkling
clean air conditioned rest rooms and showers located at the front and rear of the park.
|
|

Fitness Center
Our guests are invited to use a nearby fitness center free of charge. You may check the key out from the office and return it after each use. |

Pet Walk
We welcome almost all breeds of pets.
There are two areas designated for walking your pet. Doggie waste
disposal cans are located at both areas. Please pick up after your pet.

Propane
We dispense propane from 8am - 5pm
seven days a week. |

Kayak Rental
We have two kayaks to rent. Campers
can rent them for 1/2 day or for a full day. Minimum age is 12 years
old. Parents signature required. We provide life vests.

RV'ers With A Heart
We have found that Rv'ers are a
generous group who love their pets! We have a box provided for items which we donate to the
local animal services. |

Geocaching
There are 12 caches (treasure
containers) hidden throughout the campground containing different items.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find all the caches,
bring one of each item to the office in order to receive a prize.
You will need a handheld gps unit. (This treasure hunt is only for those

Iraq Flag
We are the proud recipients of this
United States Flag which was flown in Iraq. It was flown in combat over
Samarra, Salah Ad Din Province, Iraq in a C-12R Intelligence,
Surveillance and Reconnaissance Airplane on a successful counter
improvised explosive device mission. Thank you to all those who serve in
our military. |
