Monthly Guidelines |

Monthly guests, in consideration of all of our nightly guests and the fact that we are an RV Park and not a mobile home park, we do ask and expect everyone to follow these guidelines. Exceptions to the guidelines will only be made by the Managers or Owner. Violators of these guidelines will be given a chance to rectify the problems; if problems persist they will be asked to leave the park, with no refunds. Thank you for your cooperation, |

1. Monthly rates are based on 1 or 2 persons |
|||
| A. | All rent must be paid on the date due or in advance. | ||
| B. | Early departures revert to the price of nightly rate plus loss of monthly deposit ($155.81). | ||
| C. | Metered sites will be read and paid for at the time rent is due. Electric is at the rate of $.11 (rate subject to change) per kilowatt hour. Please confirm your meter reading at the time of departure. | ||
| D. | We require a $75.00 electric deposit upon arriving at your monthly site. | ||
| E. | Electric deposit will be refunded back to you upon departing your monthly site provided: | ||

2. Pets- Pet owners are required to sign pet policy (30 lbs weight limit on monthly pets and 2 pets max) |

| A. | Pets shall remain on leashes at all times when outside. Please clean up immediately after your pet. | ||
| B. | No pets that have not been previously approved by management may be brought into campground. | ||
| C. | Pets should not be left outside unattended at any time. | ||
| D. | Pet owner should be respectful of others on limiting the pet's activities ie. barking. | ||
| E. | Breeds that are not accepted in our park are Rottweilers and Pit Bulls. | ||

3. Site Appearance |

| A. | Please keep site clean at all times (No cigarette butts, trash, paper, or pet deposits should be left on sites at any time.) | ||
| B. | Keep outside objects to a minimum (lawn chairs, bikes, grills, plants, etc.) | ||
| C. | No pallets, mud rooms, tool sheds or exterior appliances are allowed outside. | ||
| D. | No clothing lines except at back of site, away from road. | ||
| E. | All work done on vehicles must have prior approval by management. | ||
| F. | Only one vehicle per site unless approved, extra vehicles must park in additional parking areas. | ||
| G. | Non-operative vehicles are prohibited in the park and will be towed at the owner's expense. | ||
| 4. Sewage Connections | |||
| A. | Florida law requires a sewer donut to be used on all sewage hoses. | ||
| B. | Please use your black water holding tank (open valves and dump as needed) | ||
| C. | Use chemicals to help dissolve solids. Do not pour grease or other objects down sewage lines. | ||
| D. |
Sewage hoses should be cut to length and elevated properly along with water and cable lines. |

5. Visitors |

| A. | All visitors must check in at the office, they will be advised on additional parking area. | ||
| B. | Visitors should leave the campground by 10:00pm. | ||
| C. | Visitors may be charged $4.00 a day per person if using park facilities or staying the night. | ||
| D. |
You will be held accountable for any violations of park rules by visitors or persons staying on your site. |

| 6. No firearms or fireworks allowed in the park. | |||
| 7. Only fire pits raised off the ground are allowed on your site. | |||
| 8. We are doing our best to keep our campground clean for you, please help keep our restrooms and park clean and leave it as you would like to find it upon arriving at the campground. | |||
| 9. Please let us know if you see anything that needs our attention or if we can help in any way. | |||
| Cancellation Policy- Camper must give us a one month notice before the beginning of your last month with us (2 months before date of departure) or lose your 3-day deposit for late cancellation. If we are holding your site for multiple months, this notice is still required. | |||
