Monthly Prices are for 2 persons, extra persons 4 yrs old and over are $60.00 each per month per person.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy.
Notice required for cancellation & late cancellation charges below, Loss of deposit if you do not cancel before time required.

Reservations made	less than 6 months	6 months or more	in advance
Daily	1 week required	1 month required	1 day charge
Weekly	1 week required	1 month required	2 day charge
Monthly	1 month required	1 month required	3 day charge
Holiday/Special event	1 month required	1 month required	3 day charge

Any daily or weekly reservation made more than 6 months in advance requires a 1 month cancellation notice. Any holiday/special event weekends require a 3 day minimum stay for beach and premium beach sites, and require a 1 month cancellation notice. Any reservation made less than 6 months in advance and not over a holiday/special event weekend require a 7 day prior to arrival cancellation notice.
