• 1 night reservations are paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable

• 2-14 night reservations- Require a two night deposit​​

  • A refund will be issued for cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days prior to check-in date, minus a 1 night fee​

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of check-in date

• 15 nights or more reservations- Require a $300 Deposit

  • A refund will be issued for cancellations made more than one month (30 days) prior to check-in date, minus a one fee​

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with one month (30 days) of check-in date.

• HOLIDAY/EVENT RESERVATIONS -Requires a 3 night deposit

  • Includes but not limited too; all federal holidays, Mother's/Father's Day, and NAS Blue Angel weekend​s (July and November dates)

  • A refund will be issued for cancellations made more than one month (30 days) prior to check-in date, minus a one fee​

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with one month (30 days) of check-in date.

• Hurricane Policy

  • If a mandatory evacuation is issued for Emerald Beach RV Park prior to your arrival and for your dates, we will refund your deposit in full or we can reschedule your stay for a later date. Our standard cancellation policy (see above) applies to Tropical Storms and all other weather events. ​

• No Shows- 100% loss of deposit

• NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES

• Reschedules- We allow one reschedule per reservation. Reschedules are subjected to a change fee and deposit becomes non-refundable. Reschedules are done at the current nightly/monthly rates.
