Emerald Beach RV Park Policy

Our park amenities are here for you and your guests pleasure but to keep everyone's visit an enjoyable experience, we do need to ensure each guest is aware of our policies.

Our policy (but not limited to) is as follows:

All RVs must be RVIA certified. We do not allow homemade campers or trailers, ex: School bus conversions, horse trailer conversion, etc. The RV must be manufactured and certified as an RV.
CHECK-IN is no earlier than 12:00PM. CHECK OUT IS 11 AM. All late check outs must be pre-approved by the office. If you check out after 11:00am without approval, it is a $50 late fee; after 12pm is a $150 fee.
Sites are limited to 6 people per site, regardless of age and including visitors. All outside visitors must check into the office and there is a charge of $6.72 per person, per day if they choose to spend the night or use the amenities.
Parking passes are needed for all vehicles. Please do not park any vehicle on empty sites, grass, concrete patio, or in the road. Extra vehicles can park in the overflow area by office at a fist come first serve basis. If no parking pass is visible, car will be towed at owner’s expense.
The speed limited through the park is 5 MPH.
NO FIREWORKS or WOOD BURNING FIRES of any kind. Propane and charcoal are acceptable.
Quiet time starts at 10pm and last until 8am.
Our pool can be enjoyed from 9:00am until 10:00pm. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass of any kind near or in the pool or on beach.
Children must be supervised. This is especially important when using our pool and bath houses. Pens and fences are not permitted on the premises.
Drivers of motorized golf carts must have a valid driver’s license and be 16 or older.
No hoverboards, electric scooters, electric bikes, barbie cars, etc. can be used. Regardless of age of user.
NO DRONES. The devices are capable of damaging rigs and people
Smokers, please pick up your cigarette butts. Please dispose of them properly.
Please do not tie clothes lines, lights, hammocks, etc. to the parks’ trees.
There is no outside sleeping of any kind. This includes screen canopies and tents.
Rugs and mats cannot be on the grass. These kill the grass, and they interfere with our sprinkler system. Also, canopies are allowed only if they do not have a floor.
No bicycles or skateboards are allowed on pier.
A solid sewer connection is required by Florida law. You must have a connector or a donut on your sewer hose end that fits tightly into the sewer pipe
EBRV does not offer ‘buddy’ sites. Connections cannot go under the RVs.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES
EBRV reserves the right to change guest site numbers if needed and can be done without notice.

NOTE: Guests that do not completely follow the policy will be asked to leave the Park immediately with NO REFUNDS.

- Early Check-Ins: Our site maintenance hours are from 11:00 AM Central to 1:00 PM Central. If you think you will arrive prior to 1:00 PM Central, please call us at 850-939-3431. If your site is ready and available, a $25 check-in fee will apply. If the site is not available, please be advised that our campground does not have the capacity to allow you to wait on site for check-in.

PET OWNERS POLICY/ DOG PARK RULES

We have a limit of 3 pets per site this includes indoor cats, etc.
Control your dogs barking and always be in control of your animal.
ALL pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately even when on their own site. Children should not walk the dog. Pets should NOT be walked on other camp sites even if the site is empty.
NO pets are to be left outside of the rig unattended. Pens and fences are not allowed.
Pets are required to be on a leash or lead no longer than six (6) feet.
Breeds that are not accepted in our park are Rottweilers and Pit Bulls. Any aggressive dogs will be asked to leave the park, regardless of breed.
NO pets are allowed on the beach at any time. They must be on the EAST side of the pier (dog park side).
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. EBRV is not liable for lost dogs or injuries to you or your dog(s).
No one under the age of 18 should use the dog park unless accompanied by an adult.
The dog park is open from dawn to dusk.
It is the owner’s responsibility to keep pet(s) on the EAST side of the pier and to pick up after their dog.
Owners must always stay in the fenced area with their dog(s).
Dogs must have a collar or harness on inside the fenced area.
Dogs must be on a leash upon entering and exiting the dog area.

EBRV Park Internet Policy

Our internet is intended for personal use. We do not guarantee download speeds. If you require internet, we recommend you bring a hotspot device. Absolutely NO peer to peer uploading or downloading, or unauthorized downloading of copyrighted material is allowed. Copyright infringement may make the offending party liable to the copyright owner for as much as $250,000 for each offense. Violation of copyright law is a federal crime. Emerald Beach RV Park reserves the right to deny access to anyone suspected of violating copyright law(s), using excessive amounts of data (downloads/uploads), or violating any of the other items listed above.
